Here is my list of July Goals - I'm not going to let my poor performance at my June Goals stop me!!
1. Start my 10K training. - I'm currently following the Couch to 10K trainer
2. Run 5K in under 40 minutes. - Achieved!! I ran the Sweat Your Thorns Off 5K in 35:36!!
3. Use my Afternoon Tea Voucher (it was a Birthday Present) - Achieved!! Delicious. Read about it here.
4. Give Ballet a go. - Achieved!! I started ballet lessons on the 24th July
5. Lose 4 pounds (I'd like to lose on average a pound a week - It's not going terribly well so far but I'm hoping to pull something great out of the bag!!) Final Weigh In - 30th July - I lost 3lbs - not too shabby I suppose (3.2lbs to be exact)
