So I had my weigh in this morning and I managed to lose four pounds!!
Weight Last Week - 191.3
Weight This Week - 187.3
I'll be honest and say I don't know how I managed to do that because I haven't been the best in terms of my eating but a loss is a loss and I'll take one when I can get one!
I'm also back into the 180's which is a great feeling for me - I'm determined not to let myself creep back into the 190's again!
